Raspberry Martini

  • Yields syrup for 2 cocktails
  • Active Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Directions

  • Place two martini glasses in the freezer while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • In a blender, puree the raspberries with the simple syrup and lemon juice. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the puree to remove the seeds.
  • In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine the raspberry puree, vodka, and triple sec. Shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain into chilled martini glasses and serve.
