Greek Yogurt Ambrosia: All the Glamour, None of the Guilt

When I was growing up, ambrosia wasn’t just the food of the gods—it was the queen of classy desserts. To update it from a classic holiday dessert to an everyday treat, I added Greek yogurt which is packed with protein. Serve it in a trifle bowl or in individual cups at your next gathering or even at the breakfast table!

For the salad

  • 5 c fresh fruit (like peaches, nectarines, and apricots—but you can use whatever looks nice at the market!)

  • 1 c shredded coconut

  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a big bowl and whisk together. Add more honey to taste, if desired.
  • Add the fruit to the bowl as you cut it, then add the coconut.
