This Ginger Cranberry Spritzer is the Perfect Summer Punch

When it comes to throwing a party, you know I love a punch. It’s easy to prep for a crowd, takes the work out of making individual cocktails, and can be as strong or weak as your guests can handle. This one’s perfect for a summer brunch or outdoor soiree: Light and bubbly, not to strong, with a hint (but not an overload) of fruity sweetness. A rose gold wine spritzer! Bottoms up!

Ginger Cranberry Spritzer

  • Prep Time: 15 Minutes
  • Yields 12-16 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Dry White Wine
  • ½ c Triple Sec
  • 1 c Cranberry Juice
  • 2 c Ginger Ale
  • 4 c Seltzer (1 Liter bottle)
  • mint (optional; for garnish)

Combine all ingredients, and gently stir together. Ladle over punch glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
