Clinton Kelly Pomegranate Martini

Pomegranate Martini

It’s full of antioxidants, so this drink is actually good for you… right?

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 oz orange liqueur like triple sec
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • lemon twist (for garnish)

In a shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

The tart grapefruit in this twist on a tequila sunrise (inspired by my Effortless Table place setting of the same name!) will have you puckering up to kiss a few frogs—or the prince you’ve already got.

  • 1.5 oz white tequila
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz orange Juice
  • 1 oz grapefruit Juice
  • orange wedge (for garnish)

Fill a tall glass with ice and add the grenadine. Gently add the tequila, then the orange and grapefruit juices. Stir very gently, just to mix, but not to upset the colors. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Clinton Kelly Love Potion Cocktail

Love Potion

Sweet and sparkly—like the time you first lock eyes with your true love.

  • strawberry puree*
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • champagne to fill glass
  • strawberry slice to garnish

Pour puree a quarter of the way up the glass. Add the elderflower liqueur and fill glass with champagne. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.

*For the strawberry puree: In a blender or food processor, puree one quart of strawberries with ½ cup simple syrup. Strain out seeds if desired. Keep for up to a week or freeze any extra.
