I’m a huge fan of chimichurri sauce. An alternative to salsa or a heavy butter-based sauce, it’s delicious over a grilled skirt steak, but don’t hesitate to try it over chicken, pork or grilled vegetables—I especially like it with zucchini—and it takes literally minutes to make. Delicioso!
