It’s no secret that a Gin & Tonic is my go-to summer cocktail. But I especially love this version—which incorporates grapefruit—as a smart twist on the standard recipe. It’s refreshing! It’s fizzy! It’s pinkish! In short, it’s the perfect complement to a hot and humid day (our one of our no-cook meals). Go get it, girl!
