Our Favorite Garlic Rosemary Lemon White Bean Dip

WHITE BEAN DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 cans White Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • zest of 1/2 a Lemon
  • Salt to taste (don’t be shy)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend, adding more olive oil if needed.

2. To make it extra-pretty, top with a little more zest, a squeeze of lemon juice and a rosemary sprig.
