Thanksgiving Feast Part 2: The Leftovers

Leftovers are the best part of Thanksgiving. In fact, I look forward to them more than the big meal. Why? Because I can overeat without judgment from others. Keep the holiday feeling going another day—and stretch your budget with this Mother of All Sandwiches.

Thanksgiving Leftovers Clinton Kelly

Ingredients

  • Sliced country bread
  • Sliced turkey
  • Salad
  • Goat cheese
  • Salad dressing
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Stuffing
  • Roasted red potatoes
  • Any extras in the fridge

Directions

  • Assemble ingredients on bread.
  • Press in a panini press until cheese has melted. Alternately, broil with cheese on top.

#fbf to 1994 (ish) with my buds, @richardwiese and @wendirogerstv Bought that sport coat on sale for about 20 bucks because that’s all I had in the bank. Was 10% wool and 90% “other.” Got caught in the rain with it and smelled like wet dog ass all night.
